Problems: Some new members are still without
membership packets.
Michael Avera was not awarded prestige in
the regional report for 10/2006 VST. He
re-sent his report to Clint recently, but
has not gotten a reply. Second Month reported
and still not resolved.
Nicki Mauriello's CRD shows her listed as
AVST Secretary. She is unable to 'quit' the
position in the CRD. She has notified Owen
and I have notified Clint. No one seems to be
able to correct this listing as she is not an
AVST for anything currently.
Due to real life obligations, Michael will not be
able to continue as VST Requiem. We are currently
in conference with the DST on a plan of action.
Questions: If disciplinary action of enacted from an investigation
that did not follow the policies in the Membership
Handbook, is the Disciplinary Action valid?
Do you have to wait for the appeal to finish before
a disciplinary action is to be enacted?
What is the timeline for the investigating officer
to deliver investigation facts to the accused?
ex: The accused sends an e-mail asking for the
identity of the accuser. How long does the
investigating officer have to furnish this info
to the accused?

Comments: Continued Nicki Mauriello's (US2005075804) Prestige
Review in an effort to make the MC 6 Transition run
smoothly. All entries have been verified and the
review is complete. Currently she is just shy of
MC 6.
James Walter (US2002023268) & Kimberly Cooper
(US2002023269) are listed in this chapter's CRD
Profile. But they now reside DC area. James
& Kim declined to furnish me with their prestige
logs because the are under the impression that the
transfer is at the Regional Level and Deb has their
logs from prior reports. As such I will not be
including them in my report.
Brett Davey's membership has expired. He has not
attended a Cam function since May 2006.

Red Cross.
